How To Clean Email Lists With Braze

Getting started cleaning your email lists with Braze is easy with mailfloss. Once Braze is connected, you can let mailfloss automatically clean your email lists with Braze going forward. Here’s how to do that.

Step 1. Visit the integrations page

Visit the integrations page by clicking on “Integrations” in the left sidebar.

Step 2. Click the Add Integration button

Step 3. Click the Braze image

You will need to login to Braze for the next step.

Step 4. In Braze, select Developer Console in the navigation.

Step 5. Copy an existing API Key or create a new one. If new, give it a name and ensure the permissions contain “User Data”, “Email”, and “Segments”.

If more fine-grained permissions are required, select at least users.track, users.delete, users.export.ids, users.export.segment, email.status, and segments.list

Step 6. Find and copy the Braze Instance URL from the browser URL bar. It should be dashboard-0x.braze.com, where x is a number ranging from 1-8.

Step 7. Back in mailfloss, paste the API Key, Instance URL, and click the Connect button.
